Terms of Use

These are the Terms of Use for the AI 4 Loc Think Tank website (ai-localization.com). The AI 4 Loc Think Tank (short: “Think Tank”) is a group of 18 individuals, listed in the members page.

Currently, there is no legal entity behind the Think Tank. The members are represented by the leading editors of the website, Belén Agulló García and Marina Pantcheva, who can both be contacted at ailocthinktank@gmail.com

All original content on the website is created by the members. The authors own and reserve all intellectual property rights to the content. Ownership is not transferred to the Think Tank website: pieces of content are licensed by the author(s) to the Think Tank website editors. The licenses are non-exclusive and can be revoked, but they do not expire automatically.

You may link to and quote the content; the authors also agree that you may re-use reasonable parts of them, as long as you clearly attribute the content to its author and display the original source. However, if you want to re-publish most or all of a piece of content, you need to ask for the authors’ permission. You may contact the editors of the Think Tank website, but they will only forward your inquiry to the authors.

Linking to, quoting, and reusing the Think Tank website content is subject to an acceptable use policy. The Think Tank is an educational and fact-checking platform; using the content in the service of misinformation, manipulation, or harm is not allowed. You may not use the content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of the authors.

The authors may revoke your permission to link to, quote, or re-use their content at any time.

It is not allowed to harvest the contents of the website for training AI models or any other purposes without the express written consent of the author(s).

If a piece of content has a copyright notice that is different from the terms above, you need to adhere to the copyright notice itself.

Visitors are not allowed to attack the website in order to alter the contents or prevent its operation. It is also prohibited to copy the website contents to counterfeit the website or impersonate some or all of the Think Tank group.

The Think Tank is entirely a volunteer group, it does not have any commercial activities. If you receive any commercial offers or promotions on behalf of the Think Tank, please report them where appropriate. The Think Tank also does not engage in any mass e-mailing activities, with the exception of potential newsletters to registered interested third parties (see the Privacy Notice).

The Think Tank website operates under Spanish law. Any provisions not mentioned above will stem from Spanish intellectual property and civil law.
